I always get excellent service from Mats Systems. Mark is extremely helpful and can get components in lightening fast! On one occasion I wanted a modem and switch which were out of stock in store and he had them there for me that afternoon. You can't get service like that from an online retailer!! Thank you for the excellent repairs to my Acer Aspire m1640 computer (purchased 7/2008). The removal of the viruses, trojans etc made my computer operate again. The clean up and change of the toolbars has made the computer easier to use and faster. The addition of more ram is also very positive. All up an EXCELLENT result.
